The budget review <br />13 <br />is a long one and thorough one. And anytime I have any <br />14 <br />questions on the budget, it's the head of the <br />15 <br />department that's called in. They have to defend their <br />16 <br />budget and they're the one that has to prepare the <br />17 <br />budget. <br />18 <br />CHAIR: Let me ask the question a different <br />19 <br />way in terms of your comments earlier about you have to <br />20 <br />afford the budget. <br />21 <br />If this Salary Commission decides to approve <br />22 <br />raises for the management, where will it come from? <br />23 <br />MS. SAKO: We believe there's sufficient <br />24 <br />funds in the provision for compensation adjustment.
