TOMICH calls for a verbal vote, all members present voted aye, motion car- <br />ried. <br /> <br />The Comm. 19-036 to 19-039 were received after the posting of the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Motion: MS. NAUNGAYAN motioned to accept and file Comm. 19-036 to <br />19-039, seconded by MR. BISHAW III, being no discussions, CHR. TOMICH <br />calls for a verbal vote, all members present voted aye, motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF March 11, 2019 MINUTES: <br />Motion to Approve (Approved) <br />CHR. TOMICH: moves to the next item on the agenda and calls on the com- <br />mission for approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Motion: MS. WELLS FISCHER motioned to approve with corrections, se- <br />conded by DR. FRANK, being no further discussions, CHR. TOMICH calls for <br />a verbal vote, all members present voted aye, motion carried. <br /> <br />V. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT: <br />CHR. TOMICH: moves to the next item on the agenda, Department of Fi- <br />nance Report and invites MR. VENTURA to the microphone. <br /> <br />MR. VENTURA reports updates for Waikapuna was given by way of public <br />testimonies from the representatives from the Trust for Public Land ear- <br />lier. He announces that the Friends for Amy Greenwell got a favorable <br />reading from the County council regarding the conservation easement for <br />the acquisition resolution. <br /> <br />VI. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL REPORT: <br />Being no further questions to Mr. Ventura, CHR. TOMICH: moves to the <br />next item on the agenda, Corporation Counsel Report, and invites MR. KIM <br />to the microphone. <br /> <br />MR. KIM introduces himself and his previous background working with this <br />commission. <br /> <br />MS. WELLS FISCHER introduces a question regarding members of the public <br />can volunteer to be part of the PONC Ad Hoc Site Visit Committee? <br /> <br />MR. KIM responses to MS. WELLS FISCHER’S concern at the next meeting. <br /> <br />MR.
