MS. NAUNGAYAN introduces to the commission the need to reorganize <br />the format the Annual Report to the Mayor by inserting Chapters or Ap- <br />pendices, the consecutive numbering of pages, and restructuring the <br />Comprehensive Report to be more readable by the public and ADA com- <br />pliant. <br />MR. WARSHAUER adds to make facing pages to portrait. <br />MOTION: MS. NAUNGAYAN moves that PONC Commission approve the <br />formatting changes in the present 2018 Annual Report to the Mayor in <br />preparation for the 2019 Annual Report to the Mayor, specifically those <br />changes include: a) the addition of a table of contents, accurate num- <br />bering of all pages, consistent with whatever appropriate style manual <br />th <br />and b) the 5 Appendix is reformatted to whatever MR. WARSHAUER <br />suggested in earlier discussions, <br />Seconded by MS. WELLS FISCHER, a summary discussion was held to in- <br />clude tabs and needs historical information in the Comprehensive Re- <br />port. <br />AMENDED MOTION: MS. NAUNGAYAN moves to amend the original <br />motion to add to include annex doodled information in the Compre- <br />hensive Report and to tab the entire report for ease of use, se- <br />conded by MS. WELLS FISCHER, Being no further discussion, CHR. <br />TOMICH calls for a verbal vote, all members present voted aye, mo- <br />tion carried to amend the original motion <br />BEING no further discussion of the original amended motion, CHR. TOMICH <br />calls for a verbal vote, all members present voted aye, motion carried. <br />4. Chr. Tomich moves to take out of order Item No. 4 Charter Commission <br />Updates Charter Commission Updates. <br /> <br />MR. WARSHAUER updates the commission of his involvement with the <br />Charter Commission giving public testimony and encourages the com- <br />mission to attend the meetings. <br /> <br />MS. PAIK MANDER updates the commission that she is in support of the <br />Maintenance fund to pay administrative costs of the non-profits and a <br />position in the Finance Department. She also tells how potential appli- <br />cants for the PONC Commission have been delayed and the process is <br />slow. <br /> <br />5.
