Narrative <br />The County of Hawaii does not target any particular geographic area to distribute its CDBG, HOME and <br />HTF funds. In order to meet the priorities, objectives and performance measures, the County distributes <br />its CDBG, HOME and HTF allocations through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, This competitive <br />process its intended to ensure that the projects funded by the County are consistent with the County's <br />priorities as contained in the Consolidated Plan, are eligible for CDBG, HOME and HTF funds and can be <br />implemented in a timely manner, <br />CAPER 12. <br />OMB Control No. 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2012) <br />
