<br />effective upon required state filings confirming the conversion,
<br />to its pending Retail General liquor licenses, located at
<br />370 Kaumana Drive, Hilo, Hawaii, and 45-3533 Mamane Street,
<br />Honoka`a, Hawaii, respectively; seconded by Mr. Salave`a.
