ROLL CALL <br />Present— Brooke Derby, chair; Farrah -Marie Gomes; Katherine "Kami" <br />Bolster; Andrew Langtry; Mihaela Ryer; Diana Mellon -Lacey (Office of <br />Corporation Counsel) <br />Excused — Lee -Ann Heely, vice chair; Debra Toledo-Ebreo, recording <br />secretary; Jewel Castro, treasurer; Mele Spencer, corresponding secretary; <br />Cyd Hoffeld, HSCSW Commissioner <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA — Kami motioned and Mihaela seconded to <br />approve the agenda. Motion passed. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — Kami motioned and Mihaela seconded to <br />approve the meeting minutes from September 19, 2018. Motion passed. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT — No report, Jewel not in attendance <br />VI. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC — None <br />VII. CORRESPONDENCE — None <br />VIII. REPORTS— No report from HSCSW, Cyd not in attendance <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />A.
