APPROVAL OF AGENDA — Kami motioned and Mihaela seconded to <br />approve the agenda. Motion passed. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — Kami motioned and Mihaela seconded to <br />approve the meeting minutes from September 19, 2018. Motion passed. <br />V.
