• Cell phone safety cards to CSW members for distribution <br />• Farrah provided cards to Kami. <br />• Cards will be at the Summit on Friday for other CSW <br />members. <br />Action Item: Farrah will deliver cards to Andrew <br />B. Real Women Essay Contest <br />Action Item: Farrah will email pictures to all CSW members. <br />Action Item: Sub -committee will meet to provide update at next meeting. <br />Action Item: Brooke to follow-up with Lee -Ann on article. <br />C. Hawaii Island Women's Leadership Forum <br />• Councilwoman Poindexter's resolution for $1,000 passed on <br />10/3/18. <br />• Councilwoman Eoff and Councilman Richard's resolutions for <br />$1,000 each are on today's Council agenda. Farrah was late to <br />this meeting because she was in Waimea providing testimony for <br />the two resolutions. <br />• Over 200 people have registered so far. <br />• Summit is two days away! <br />D. CSW Brochure <br />• Update on draft — no update available. <br />Action Item: Farrah will send Brooke copy of the brochure. <br />E. Urgent Services Directory <br />• A copy of the tracking document was provided to all CSW <br />members. <br />• There are no more copies at the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. <br />• Suggestion was made to include Human Trafficking info in next <br />directory. <br />Action Item: Farrah will see if students are available to assist with <br />updating the Family Services Directory. <br />F. Human Trafficking <br />• There was discussion about an Awareness campaign; <br />o have a contest (similar to how we do real women contest) <br />where we ask HS/college students to submit radio ads, video <br />ads, newspaper, social media ads etc, on the topic of human <br />trafficking, how to recognize, report, get help <br />E <br />
