Kawili Street <br />Hilo, HI 96720 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />II. Chair Brooke Derby called meeting to order at 10:23am. Quorum has been <br />met. Welcomed members! <br />III. ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT EXCUSED <br />Brooke Derby, Chair Debra Toledo-Ebreo, Recording Secretary <br />Lee -Ann Heely, Vice Chair Cyd Hoffeld, ex -officio <br />Mele Spencer <br />Jewel Castro, Treasurer <br />Diane, Corp. Counsel <br />Katherine "Kami" Bolster <br />Andrew Langtry <br />Mihaela Ryer <br />Farrah -Marie Gomes, Corresponding Secretary <br />IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA (November 21, 2018) <br />Mihaela motioned to approved minutes. Kami seconded. No discussion. <br />Agenda approved as submitted. <br />V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (November 21, 2018) <br />Mele motioned to approve and Farrah seconded the May 10, 2018 minutes. <br />Minutes approved as submitted. <br />VI. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. November financials <br />• Treasurer provided November 2018 financials report to CSW members for <br />review. <br />B. Update on Treasurer's meeting with Grant Nagata <br />• Jewel and Mele prepared questions to ask Grant about the process of <br />acquiring a CSW fiscal budget to include specific deadlines and email <br />correspondence. <br />• Jewel focused on two objectives at the meeting <br />Hawai'i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
