Two groups of expenditures: one mileage and lunches <br />Report by Accounting Codes was explored and discussed to <br />appropriate funds. Last column in balance and budget was <br />explored and CSW group agreed to explore funds at next meeting <br />since group will know <br />Lee -Ann motioned to accept February 29, 2016 treasurer report, <br />Brooke seconded. Motion carried to approve Treasurer Report of <br />Febraury 29, 2016. <br />VI. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />A. None. <br />VII. CORRESPONDENCE <br />A. None. <br />VIII. REPORTS <br />A. State CSW Liaison <br />• No update submitted to CSW members. <br />• Preliminary 2016 Conference schedule approved by the National <br />Organization. <br />• CSW members who may be interested in representing Hawaii <br />County should contact Farrah to express interest. <br />• Request for $1600 for equal pay day ad will be entertained next <br />week on 3/14/16. CSW may potentially receive half so if this is <br />the case, CSW will have to revisit funding support. <br />IX. PROJECTS <br />A. Teen Dating Violence <br />• YWCA put website up under "What We Do." Mele requested CSW <br />members input to help shape the layout and look of website as we <br />move forward. <br />• Mele requested CSW consider ways to improve website as shown <br />on YWCA page. <br />• Farrah recommended that CSW group look at website together at <br />next month's meeting scheduled for April 8, 2016. <br />• Keep on agenda for next month. <br />B. Proposed Projects for next year <br />• Both Cyd and Deb think it's a good idea to purchase discs using <br />$500 budget <br />• Discussion centered on taking videos and providing discs to <br />Counselors and Health Teachers and if we attend conferences we <br />can share discs with teacher who are also in attendance. <br />Jewel posed question to CSW group, after getting clarification from <br />Lisa, project proposal can be pursued. <br />2 <br />
