Equal Pay <br />• Project is done; ads were run on radio stations; if CSW is interested <br />in running ads in 2016-2017 we should get copies of contract. <br />• HSCSW paid $234.37 to Mahalo Multi -Media and $312.50 to The <br />Wave. <br />Action Item: Add NACW item as agenda item for next meeting. <br />H. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against <br />Women (CEDAW) <br />• Councilwoman Poindexter attended. <br />• Council Woman Poindexter recommended proposing talks with <br />Mayor to set up a separate Committee or Task Force to start up <br />initiatives on; Health committee will be moving forward under Blue <br />Zones project under current administration so CSW CEDAW <br />Committee, if formed, could potentially be a part of that group. <br />• CSW exploring setting up a Committee. <br />• Keep on agenda for next meeting. <br />• Council Woman Poindexter recommended having only one person <br />present testimony if there are multiple attendees in audience <br />supporting same initiative. <br />Action: Farrah will send link to CEDAW legislation. <br />I. Urgent Services Directory <br />• Paper has been received. File re -sent to Lisa for printing. New <br />directory will be printed on light blue paper. <br />X. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Calendar of Events <br />• Tabled until June 2016 meeting. <br />B. By -Laws <br />• By laws included in binder; last set of bylaws were sent via email <br />by Lee; revision date September 2015. <br />• Take a look at particular items at each meeting to break it down. <br />• Table item to discuss edits to bylaws until next meeting June <br />2016. <br />• Binders are provided by Prosecuting Attorney office and should <br />include: Sunshine law; Bylaws; Operating guidelines; HRS <br />provision. <br />Action: add back operating guidelines for review; to be sent out in <br />advance to next months meeting as well as bylaws last draft of <br />September 2015. <br />0 <br />
