E. Cell Phone Safety Cards <br />• 300 Cell Phone Safety Cards were handed out at the Hawaii Island <br />Women's Leadership Summit. <br />• Brooke handed out 200 cards at the NACW Conference on Oahu. <br />• 50 cards were left at the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. <br />F. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against <br />Women (CEDAW) <br />• Farrah provided testimony on behalf of the CSW. HIWLF also <br />provided testimony, which included 12 pages of a signed petition <br />that was collected at the Hawaii Island Women's Leadership <br />Summit. Resolution 568-16 for CEDAW passed Full Council on <br />9/7/2016. <br />G. Update on By -Laws <br />• On Aug 29th Farrah emailed Lisa asking for a cost estimate for <br />posting of by-law changes. No response as of this meeting. Farrah <br />will follow-up. <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br />A. Hamakua-Kohala Health will be hosting Ladies Night Out on Friday, <br />October 28 at the North Hawaii Education and Research Center starting at <br />6:OOpm. <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />A.
