HIGGINS: Well, that would be something <br />6 <br />more creative than I thought of but, yeah, maybe that's <br />7 <br />a solution. Certainly, this body, we can create <br />8 <br />something that would account for the possibility of <br />9 <br />another -- I mean, I was just thinking, if it just went <br />10 <br />four more months, that's going to be another 10 or 15 <br />11 <br />million dollars. And I'm sure Director Sako had no <br />12 <br />idea that that was going to be placed an additional <br />13 <br />cost like that, so... <br />14 <br />MR. BRILHANTE: Just for -- <br />15 <br />CHAIR: Florence, would like to say something. <br />16 <br />MS. IKEDA: I'd like to say that because <br />17 <br />it's not set in stone, yet, if we could look at an <br />18 <br />alternative way. And what I would like to propose is -- <br />19 <br />I never thought about it last time, but the department <br />20 <br />heads are important for the running of the County -- <br />21 <br />but, at this time, I'd like to see us exclude the <br />22 <br />administrative portion and that we take up, at another <br />23 <br />time, the administrative offices.
