BRILHANTE: In response directly to <br />7 <br />Mr. Higgins' question, from an accounting standpoint <br />8 <br />and, I think, from a disclosure standpoint, we would <br />9 <br />need to have a date in which the salary raises -- if, <br />10 <br />you know, approved -- would be implemented, a start <br />11 <br />date. And the reason for that is there has to be a <br />12 <br />date certain, January 1st or March, April, May, <br />13 <br />whatever -- again, so that the fiscal and budgetary <br />14 <br />people know, okay, when is this going to be <br />15 <br />implemented? Okay, starting January 1st, we're going <br />16 <br />to have this. We're going to have to make sure that <br />17 <br />these salary calculations get adjusted. <br />18 <br />The second thing is, when it comes to public <br />19 <br />disclosure, I mean, I think it's a substantive piece of <br />20 <br />information as to whether or not raises are going to <br />21 <br />start in January of 2020 or January of 2021, I think; <br />22 <br />so from a public disclosure standpoint -- and I would <br />23 <br />let corp. counsel speak to that issue in more detail, <br />24 <br />if he wishes. <br />25 <br />MR.
