What we're doing today is to push it to the <br />9 <br />comment period and then, after the 30 days, which <br />10 <br />would be sometime -- we're going to be meeting sometime <br />11 <br />in November, so at the date of the public hearing, <br />12 <br />we'll vote on that. We'll vote on this measure, to <br />13 <br />approve it or disapprove it, in November. <br />14 <br />MR. PAVAO: My understanding is we can't <br />15 <br />approve or disapprove it until we have a public <br />16 <br />hearing. <br />17 <br />CHAIR: Yes. That's what I just said. <br />18 <br />So -- <br />19 <br />MR. PAVAO: The public hearing would begin -- <br />20 <br />CHAIR: So, 30 days from today. <br />21 <br />MR. PAVAO: -- today? <br />22 <br />CHAIR: Correct, Milton. And then, it will go <br />23 <br />sometime in November. That's when the council chambers <br />24 <br />are available, either November 4th or the 12th. We <br />25 <br />have to decide on that.
