HIGGINS: No. So, my question is, in <br />12 <br />looking at this, the other counties must have a severe <br />13 <br />inversion problem going on right now? Got to be, I <br />14 <br />mean, looking at these numbers. And, if they're the <br />15 <br />same collective bargaining units -- so have you heard <br />16 <br />of the inversion problem on the other counties, that <br />17 <br />they're faced with? <br />18 <br />MR. BRILHANTE: You know, I know, just from <br />19 <br />my own personal experience, there's issues with <br />20 <br />inversion on County of Kaua ʻ i because deputy department <br />21 <br />heads and deputy salaries have not been adjusted for a <br />22 <br />long time now.
