BRILHANTE: That's a very good question. <br />17 <br />I think Ms. Sako, our Finance Director, has previously <br />18 <br />testified to that specific matter, and she did indicate <br />19 <br />that when they prepared the annual budget, there is <br />20 <br />provision or adjustment for salary and wage increases <br />21 <br />on an annual basis.
