It's going to have <br />on -premises consumption. We are going to have signage to inform everyone you can't <br />take alcoholic beverages from the restaurant area to the retail. We will have employees <br />to monitor that as well. <br />Salave`a: How would the alcohol service be conducted? Will it be in the same place as <br />where you order and pick up food? How would that happen? <br />Ueoka: yes. It's a sit-down restaurant, also with counter service. You would get it and <br />sit in the restaurant area. We have similar operations elsewhere and we're going to <br />follow the same pattern that's been successful. <br />Salave`a: Okay. <br />Ueoka: For us, the signage is very important and the monitoring for sure. <br />Salave`a: Will the alcohol be able to, because I know it's adjacent to the outside area... <br />Ueoka: The outside area is included in the restaurant area. <br />Salave`a: So, it's part of where they can take the alcohol? <br />Ueoka: Yes. <br />Salave`a: How often do you expect to have live music? <br />Ueoka: We put that in just in case.
