KALOI: I do have three concern that I <br />2 <br />would like to address, first off, if that's <br />3 <br />permissible, just to ensure consistency and clarity of <br />4 <br />this case. <br />5 <br />Appellant requests the record reflect that <br />6 <br />Appellant's complaint is filed against no other party <br />7 <br />other than the former Human Resources Director Sharon <br />8 <br />Toriano, who defaulted on Appellant's request for an <br />9 <br />audit of positions and requests for compensation, and <br />10 <br />with further regard to Ms. Toriano's performance and <br />11 <br />non-performance of said requests in relation to her <br />12 <br />powers, duties, appointment, and authority as Human <br />13 <br />Resources Director. So, no one else in this case is the <br />14 <br />complaint against other than Ms. Toriano. <br />15 <br />The other item is that I wanted to ensure <br />16 <br />that Communication No. 17-07.18, received on November <br />17 <br />20th -- I informed the Board secretary yesterday of <br />18 <br />this omission to the agenda and wanted to ensure the <br />19 <br />Board was informed of this request for the agenda, <br />20 <br />17-07.18. <br />21 <br />CHAIR TULANG: 07.18. <br />22 <br />MR. HALVORSON: And what is that? <br />23 <br />MS. KALOI: There was a letter of transmittal <br />24 <br />that I had transmitted along to the Board with this <br />25 <br />pleading.
