HALVORSON: Well, your request for an <br />12 <br />audit is not an internal complaint. And, besides, that <br />13 <br />is long after you filed this appeal. So, right now, <br />14 <br />it’s a request for an audit. And if you don't get a <br />15 <br />response for that, then I think your next step is -- if <br />16 <br />you are not applying for a promotion because there's no <br />17 <br />promotion opportunity, you can request a <br />18 <br />reclassification of your position, and you use the same <br />19 <br />arguments, I think, that you have been preparing to do <br />20 <br />in this case, of what you do compared to where you are <br />21 <br />currently classified; and you can request a <br />22 <br />reclassification. <br />23 <br />If that is denied, then you are back in play. <br />24 <br />Then you can file an internal complaint or request for <br />25 <br />administrative review based upon that denial.
