So, that would have been the remedy <br />7 <br />through the internal complaint. The remedy seeked, <br />8 <br />through the grievance, was based on the fact if he was, <br />9 <br />in fact, the most senior and had relatively equal <br />10 <br />scores with the selectee, that the remedy there would <br />11 <br />be to have him placed -- selected and placed in that <br />12 <br />position. <br />13 <br />That's not what we're seeking today. We're <br />14 <br />not seeking to get any one of these three candidates <br />15 <br />selected and promoted into the position. What we're <br />16 <br />seeking is to reveal that the process was flawed in <br />17 <br />terms of the recruitment and examination. So, we have <br />18 <br />no real case in the grievance.
