YAMADA: If the motion was denied, as far <br />11 <br />as dismissal, then his hearing would have been <br />12 <br />scheduled on July 17th, if you guys want to have your <br />13 <br />next meeting then. <br />14 <br />MR. HALVORSON: Why wouldn't it have been <br />15 <br />heard today? <br />16 <br />MS. YAMADA: Because it was just a motion to <br />17 <br />dismiss, period. <br />18 <br />MR. HALVORSON: Oh, well. Okay. We could <br />19 <br />have gone ahead and heard his case today, but it's moot <br />20 <br />now. <br />21 <br />CHAIR: But we didn't know how long the day <br />22 <br />was going to be if Mr. Walpole had shown up as well. <br />23 <br />MR.
