YAMADA: And I'm having problems with <br />4 <br />SurveyMonkey, so the survey will be sent out probably <br />5 <br />tomorrow; so, I'll extend the delay to one week. <br />6 <br />MR. CHILLINGWORTH: Now, for the edification <br />7 <br />of our new member, that is with regard to what? <br />8 <br />MS. YAMADA: Oh, as part of the MAB rules, <br />9 <br />MAB, who appoints the director, needs to evaluate our <br />10 <br />director, and we send out a survey to SurveyMonkey to <br />11 <br />all department heads, and it's about 12 questions. We <br />12 <br />ask them general questions, and they respond, and then <br />13 <br />we get the information back from SurveyMonkey. The <br />14 <br />Board meets, and we also do get the survey result from <br />15 <br />our NEOGOV system. That's where all the application <br />16 <br />processes are done. And then the Board gets together <br />17 <br />and then discusses whether the director meets or does <br />18 <br />not meet the Board's expectations. So, it's like <br />19 <br />evaluating him as a director. And then from there, the <br />20 <br />director at that time will present whether he met those <br />21 <br />goals for this last year -- <br />22 <br />MS. HUGHES: Fiscal year. <br />23 <br />MS.
