We are <br />4 <br />still waiting for our other commissioner, Mr. Tam, who <br />5 <br />is delayed by the accident this morning. <br />6 <br />Is there any addendum to the agenda? No? <br />7 <br />Any statements from the public at this time? <br />8 <br />Okay. <br />9 <br />Approval of minutes, but there are no <br />10 <br />minutes.
