Counsel <br />6 <br />submitted that the HFFA was notifying the County that <br />7 <br />they were going to arbitrate my grievance. And that's <br />8 <br />kind of a half-truth. I was notified by the HFFA by <br />9 <br />letter that I have -- if you guys want it -- but it <br />10 <br />says they notified the County they were going to <br />11 <br />arbitrate only because of a specific time limit that <br />12 <br />they have to file it in. So, then they wanted for me -- <br />13 <br />all of my information for my grievance because they <br />14 <br />haven't been helping me at all through the whole <br />15 <br />process, because my main complaint initially was <br />16 <br />against a captain who is also the HFFA island <br />17 <br />representative. So, the union has been stonewalling me <br />18 <br />this whole time. <br />19 <br />Anyway, they let me know that I got to send <br />20 <br />all my stuff to them and then they're going to vote on <br />21 <br />it, on whether or not to send it to arbitration. So <br />22 <br />odds are not good for that because the guy that I <br />23 <br />filed my complaint against is on that board that votes. <br />24 <br />This is really my -- you know, this is my last hope. <br />25 <br />MR.
