<br />Page 15 <br />1 <br />Okay. The first department is our Administration <br />2 <br />Department. That's headed by Ms. Dee Ann Sadayasu. And <br />3 <br />she's currently working on the 2017-2018 budget submittal, <br />4 <br />which was requested by all departments to the <br />5 <br />Administration and the Department of Finance. <br />6 <br />We've been requested to provide two budgets; one, a <br />7 <br />annual budget, which is, quote/unquote, status quo, so <br />8 <br />there's no significant increase from the last year's budget; <br />9 <br />and the second requested budget was a exploratory budget <br />10 <br />where we looked at a three-percent reduction scenario. <br />11 <br />So, our current budget, or last year's budget, was <br />12 <br />$1,739,332. And with -- and so we submitted for that amount -- <br />13 <br />our first submittal. And with the three-percent reduction, <br />14 <br />which totaled about $7,453 -- we submitted a second budget <br />15 <br />scenario, about $1,731,879. <br />16 <br />The areas -- the two areas that we addressed that we <br />17 <br />could increase -- I mean, decrease, was a reduction in <br />18 <br />training workshops -- you know it had to come from <br />19 <br />somewhere -- for our staff employees. So, that was this <br />20 <br />year's budget. That was approximately $5,000. And we reduced <br />21 <br />that down to about $1,600 for that submittal. <br />22 <br />And the second area where we identified the <br />23 <br />significant reduction was elimination of the purchase of a <br />24 <br />laptop computer, which is approximately $1,400.
