<br />Page 21 <br />1 <br />next step now is we're going to meet with our staff, the <br />2 <br />processing center staff, to make sure we get their buy-in. <br />3 <br />And then, the final step is to present our findings <br />4 <br />and recommendations to the mayor and the managing director to <br />5 <br />get their buy-in as well. And then, hopefully, we can <br />6 <br />effectuate changes in our procedures -- hiring and <br />7 <br />interviewing procedures for the departments. <br />8 <br />And, again, just reiterating, we're continuing -- and <br />9 <br />Ms. Cabanas is continuing to work on the development of the <br />10 <br />HR human resources recruitment best practices and -- which <br />11 <br />was identified in the audit report as an area that we'd -- <br />12 <br />they would like to see addressed. <br />13 <br />And, again, we have a meeting with all of the <br />14 <br />departmental -- we've already set a meeting for November <br />15 <br />16th, next week Thursday, with all of the departmental HR <br />16 <br />reps. and assistants. And we're going to discuss that area <br />17 <br />moving forward in that meeting. <br />18 <br />So, again, to make sure, I'm a firm believer in <br />19 <br />communication. And, you know, if we present what our <br />20 <br />expectations are and what we'd like to see, then I think <br />21 <br />we'll get better buy-in and we'll get better follow-through <br />22 <br />from the departments, the HR reps., and assistants.
