So that's why I think by us continuing <br />2 <br />dialogue, continuous dialogue with the departmental reps., I <br />3 <br />think we'll accomplish that goal or at least set a baseline, <br />4 <br />and then we can make adjustments, you know, moving forward. <br />5 <br />Our next department is our Personnel Organizational <br />6 <br />Development Division, which is kind of what Ms. Namahoe was <br />7 <br />alluding to where our department is responsible for training, <br />8 <br />you know, their counterpart and, you know, other County <br />9 <br />employees -- and that division is led by Mr. Waylen <br />10 <br />Leopoldino. I believe he gave a presentation to the Board, <br />11 <br />maybe about, seemed like yesterday, but I think it was like <br />12 <br />maybe like five or six months ago. <br />13 <br />So, what he's currently working on, he's revising <br />14 <br />the annual training catalog format. And he's also increasing <br />15 <br />the amount of mandatory training classes offered to the <br />16 <br />outside, you know, to our counter-county employees. And <br />17 <br />that, again, that's the skillset training and the interview <br />18 <br />training. <br />19 <br />He's creating a online registration system for his <br />20 <br />classes, his offerings. And the other thing we're going to -- <br />21 <br />we're implementing and we're looking to initiate, and that's <br />22 <br />something I'm going to go into further detail in my goals <br />23 <br />section -- is the creation of and developing a leadership <br />24 <br />training academy.
