So I think that's why the <br />3 <br />focus had been primarily on UPW's, their laborers, and <br />4 <br />they've been advancing in pay. <br />5 <br />Whereas, you know, when you look at HGEA, you have <br />6 <br />HGEA Unit 3, you have HGEA Unit 4, you have HGEA Unit 13, <br />7 <br />you know. So you have a varying degree of what is called <br />8 <br />areas of expertise, which each of those unions kind of <br />9 <br />address and they're made up of. So the more technical type <br />10 <br />job requirements, you find them in maybe a Unit 13 as opposed <br />11 <br />to a Unit 3. And you know, unfortunately the clerks are, for <br />12 <br />the most part, are within Unit 3. <br />13 <br />So, I know what Maui did is -- I think Maui passed a <br />14 <br />resolution or an ordinance. Maui, they might have taken it <br />15 <br />upon themselves to pass a resolution or an ordinance to say <br />16 <br />that their clerks' pay shall be comparable to that of the <br />17 <br />laborers', you know, pay. And what I'd like to do is be able <br />18 <br />to provide you more information about that at the next <br />19 <br />meeting, more detailed information. Because I'm just working <br />20 <br />off of memory here.
