And you know, historically, <br />3 <br />you know, a prime example is historically certain positions <br />4 <br />have been somewhat identified as gender based. You know, for <br />5 <br />example, 30 years or 40 years ago, it was rare to find <br />6 <br />a male nurse. Whereas, you see that -- you know, that's -- <br />7 <br />you know, you see that quite often now. <br />8 <br />And so, I can say for the clerk position, maybe <br />9 <br />30 or 40 years ago, you're correct. Maybe that was <br />10 <br />an area of employment that was dominated by females. But I <br />11 <br />can tell you, when we were doing our recruitment for clerks, <br />12 <br />we get a significant number of males applying for the same <br />13 <br />position as well. <br />14 <br />So, you know, I'm not sure if it's really -- I'm not <br />15 <br />sure the basis of the discussion is more gender-based or just <br />16 <br />the fact that pay hasn't really increased for that particular <br />17 <br />area. <br />18 <br />CHR. TULANG: Right. Although he addressed a group <br />19 <br />of women, the issue was focused on technology and the <br />20 <br />changing of the work environment as opposed to person or <br />21 <br />gender. But it was just saying you went from the good old <br />22 <br />punch typewriter to having to know programs and software. <br />23 <br />MR. BRILHANTE: And with advancement in technology, <br />24 <br />you know, we have wonderful things like Office 365.
