During <br />4 <br />their time that they served as county clerk, they had allowed <br />5 <br />for clarification. <br />6 <br />They had allowed the secretary of the board of <br />7 <br />registration which was working at the time in the county <br />8 <br />clerk's office, and I was, in 2014 up to 2016, and there was <br />9 <br />just a discrepancy because, an inconsistency in procedures, <br />10 <br />because -- <br />11 <br />CHR.
