And I believe the Board is in possession of his <br />9 <br />e-mail dated November 7, 2017. <br />10 <br />CHR. TULANG: You have it in your green folders, <br />11 <br />Board members, yeah. <br />12 <br />Proceed. <br />13 <br />MR. MUKAI: And we would, obviously, have no <br />14 <br />objection to his withdrawal of the appeal, without prejudice. <br />15 <br />CHR. TULANG: Okay.
