WARSHAUER moved to approve with changes from himself and MS. <br />WELLS FISCHER. Seconded by MS. PAIK MANDER, no discussion was held, V. CHR. <br />FRANK calls for a verbal vote, all members present voted aye, motion passed. <br /> <br />Being no further discussion, V. CHR. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT: <br />MR. VENTURA updates the commission of ongoing efforts regarding two conser- <br />vation easement projects: Waikapuna, Ka’u, and Amy Greenwell Ethnobotani- <br />cal Gardens closing by the end of the year. He gives the potential closing of <br />Kapanaia in the first quarter of the next year. <br /> <br />Being no further discussion, V. CHR. FRANK presents two Certificate of Appreciations to PONC Commissioners <br /> <br />MS. CYNTHIA NAZARA of District 7, Certificate of Appreciation and Lei was ac- <br />cepted by her husband, Mr. Nazara. He expresses the love that his late wife had <br />for this commission and her passion for preserving Native Hawaiian practices and <br />history of the ‘Aina. He is very grateful for allowing his wife the opportunity to <br />serve on this commission. <br /> <br />MR.
