Does the Commission <br /> need to select a presiding officer at this time, or can they do that at a later date for the contested <br /> case hearing? <br /> HALL: Yeah, I mean, the assumption is it's the Chair, but if the Commission wants to select <br /> somebody else or the Chair would like somebody else to do it, then, yeah, we could do it <br /> basically when the hearing starts. <br /> UNGER: Great,thank you.
