to prohibit such play shall have the right to appeal the Director's <br /> decision within thirty (30) days of such decision pursuant to Rule 1 <br /> of the Rules and Regulations of the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation. <br /> 8. No practice golfing shall be allowed on the golf course except the <br /> practice putting green and practice chipping green located adjacent <br /> to the clubhouse. <br /> 9. The designated practice putting and chipping areas shall be <br /> reserved for the exclusive use of golfers. <br /> B. Use of the Multipurpose Room <br /> 1. The multipurpose room shall be made available for rent by <br /> individuals, groups, organizations, and other members of the public. <br /> a. A use permit is required to reserve the multipurpose room for <br /> exclusive use. <br /> b. Use permits shall be reserved with and purchased from the <br /> Administrator or the Administrator's duly designated <br /> representative. <br /> c. Reservations shall not be accepted or use permits issued for <br /> date(s) when an approved golf tournament is scheduled to <br /> be held. <br /> d. Use permits shall be issued on a first-come, first-served <br /> basis for date(s) when no approved golf tournament has <br /> been scheduled. <br /> e. Use permits may be purchased no more than ninety (90) <br /> calendar days before the first occupancy date stated on the <br /> use permit. <br /> f. Deposits applied and receipted for any use permit shall be <br /> considered forfeited and will not be refunded unless <br /> cancellation is made fourteen (14) or more calendar days <br /> before the first occupancy date stated on the use permit. <br /> 2. Capacity shall be limited to 162 persons. <br /> Note: This figure is based on calculations derived from usable floor <br /> area; the Department does not guarantee this capacity is attainable <br /> due to exiting requirements, Fire Code regulations, other governing <br />
