requirements, or in the event that there are damages at the facility <br /> that are not readily addressable. <br /> 3. No use shall occur before 3:00 p.m. or after 11:00 p.m., except by <br /> written approval of the Director or the Director's duly authorized <br /> representative. <br /> 4. Consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be limited to beverages <br /> purchased from the respective licensed restaurant concessionaire. <br /> No outside alcohol may be brought onto, or consumed at, the golf <br /> course. <br /> 5. All permittees shall be responsible for returning the multipurpose <br /> room to its pre-use condition, including setting up, cleaning, <br /> dismantling, and storing of all tables, chairs and other <br /> appurtenances. <br /> a. Clean-up of the multipurpose room shall begin no later than <br /> 10:30 p.m. on each use date. <br /> b. The multipurpose room shall be returned to its pre-use <br /> condition, vacated, and secured no later than 11:00 p.m. <br /> c. Failure to return the multipurpose room to its pre-use <br /> condition, failure to vacate it by 11:00 p.m., failure to <br /> properly secure or causing damage to the multipurpose <br /> room or its contents shall result in forfeiture of the <br /> permittee's full security deposit. <br /> d. The permittee is responsible for any and all damage caused <br /> to the multipurpose room on the day(s) the permittee is <br /> authorized to use the facility. <br /> 6. Organizers of approved golf tournaments and tournament players <br /> shall have exclusive use of the multipurpose room on the day(s) the <br /> tournament is/are held. While tournaments are occurring, use of the <br /> multipurpose room shall be off-limits to persons not participating in <br /> or associated with the approved tournament. <br /> Section 4 Fees for the Hilo Municipal Golf Course and Multipurpose <br /> Room <br /> The following schedule sets forth the fees and charges applicable to the Hilo <br /> Municipal Golf Course. <br /> 6 <br />
