Approval of Minutes <br /> Nahale-a: The November 7, 2019, meeting minutes are still being prepared, so we'll <br /> move on to Approval of Addendum or Supplemental Agenda. <br /> III. Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (10:02 A.M.) <br /> Nahale-a: We have an addendum to the agenda. <br /> Pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, Item 1 is the <br /> proposed amendment to the agenda and has been determined not to be of <br /> reasonably major significance nor does it affect a significant number of persons, <br /> and are proposed for placement on the agenda by a two-thirds vote of the <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. New Business, ADD Item No. 13: <br /> 13. Wong Yuen Store LLC, dba Wong Yuen Store, <br /> pursuant to Rule 4-2-M of the Rules and Regulations <br /> of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor <br /> Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, <br /> requests approval to extend the time issuance of its <br /> Retail General Liquor license, for an additional six <br /> months, from December 6, 2019, to and including <br /> June 6, 2020, by letter dated November 27, 2019. <br /> Nahale-a: Can I get a motion to add this item? <br /> Greenwell: I make the motion to add the addendum. <br /> DECEMBER 5, 2019-LIQUOR COMMISSION MINUTES 2 <br />
