Roberts: Yes.
Onizuka: Can you describe your business?
Roberts: We are primarily a breakfast and lunch café. We're also open in the evenings,
currently until 8:00. We plan on staying open a little later til 9:00 and possibly 10:00 on
the weekends. Is the kombucha you're selling alcoholic?
Roberts: No, it's not alcohol. We do have some plans in the future to possibly make
alcoholic kombucha; but as of now, we do know...our kombucha is tested out as less than
the competition.
Onizuka: Any further questions? Discussion?
Thomas: I recall at some point, you wanted to also start serving beer and wine. Is that
something that's going to...
JANUARY 2, 2020-LIQUOR COMMISSION MINUTES 11
