Chair Neill asked for nominations for Vice -Chair. <br />Ms. Ikeda made a motion to nominate Ms. Sumera as Vice -Chair. Seconded by Ms. Neill. <br />Chair Neill asked for any discussion from the board. <br />The motion was carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Board Members Sinners, Ikeda, and Chair Neill — 3. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />Ms. Sake let the board know that there are no band members thinking of retiring soon, so we anticipate <br />having no meetings. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Ms. Sumera made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
