VIII. REPORTS <br />A. HSCSW liaison report — no update received. <br />Action item: Farrah to follow up with Cyd for an update from February HSCSW meeting. <br />B. FVIC <br />Minutes from last meeting were sent by email. May 4th is the next meeting. <br />C. Prosecutors Six Month Program Objectives FY 2019-20 <br />Farrah distributed the report sent to Lee Lord on January 16th, which captures the <br />objectives at the end of 2019. Our updates are included in `bold' in this report. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Teen Dating Violence <br />• Update on status — Mele sent the updated cards text to Farrah. <br />• Vote on program expense — Mele moved to approve up to $250 for print- <br />ing of approximately 5,000 copies safety cards, matte finish, 241b weight <br />paper, printed in color on both sides. Kami seconded. Motion carried. <br />Action item: Farrah to send the order to Lisa. <br />B. Real Women Essay Contest <br />• Update on status — All scores received from judges. We have winners in <br />all categories. We are waiting on a few student winners who did not have <br />pictures, after which books will be printed. Gift cards were purchased: <br />$1,000 for student winners, $400 for teachers. <br />• Vote on program expense — discussion and vote moved to New Business <br />C. CSW Brochure <br />• Update on distribution — None distributed recently. <br />Action item: Farrah to mail some brochures to Kami. <br />D. Family Services Directory <br />• Tracking log — update on distribution <br />UH Hilo students started calling phone numbers on the list. Draft will be ready end <br />of next week. Farrah will send the update to everyone for review. <br />• Vote on program expense — Mele moved to approve budget of $750 <br />($250 of which are moved from human trafficking) to print 15,000 copies <br />of family directories on pastel orange paper.
