Gabriella retired, and recommended <br />contacting her successor, Waylen Leopoldino via telephone at 808-961-8361 or <br />email at Waylen.Leopoldino@hawaiicounty.gov . <br />Action item: Mihaela to contact Waylen. <br />X. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Approval of 2019-2020 budget adjustments <br />There are $4,860 remaining funds in this year's budget. <br /> <br />Mihaela moved to purchase $100 -value gift cards (23 cards) from a local grocer <br />(KTA and/or Island Naturals) for each luncheon student and teacher participant, total <br />of $2,300. This is in place of the buffet luncheon in lieu of the fact that the luncheon <br />will not take place this year due to COVID-19. Brooke seconded. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Andrew moved to reallocate $177 from brochures, $385 from equal pay, $500 from <br />mileage, and create a budget category "COVID-19 response" (account #341) in the <br />amount of $1,062 to purchase materials to make face masks to be distributed in the <br />community.
