COMPLIANCE <br />A. TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL: <br />• 05/01/20: Hilo WWTP NPDES (renewal) received Final Permit from DOH. DOH <br />removed the strict Water Quality based effluent limits on nitrogen. <br />• 11/08/19: Kaloko WWTP UIC Permit Annual O&M Inspection. WWTP received <br />an unacceptable O&M Rating. Consultant contract executed based on DOH <br />requirements. Consultant is working on providing Basis of Design Review/Mass <br />Balance on 25,000 gpd operating conditions. <br />• 5/15/20: WWD received an RFI Letter from DOH for the Pretreatment Program <br />we have in place for the Hilo WWTP. Response to the RFI is required by <br />07/31/20. <br />B. COLLECTION SYSTEM: No report. <br /> <br />2. OPERATIONS <br />A.
