WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />A. NĀ‘ĀLEHU LARGE CAPACITY CESSPOOL REPLACEMENT: <br />• Final land selection is still in progress. The state EA process required prior to <br />purchase of land for the treatment/ disposal facility and project construction is <br />under way. Initial archaeological, flora and fauna checks and WWTP site design <br />are in progress. Revised AOC anticipated completion of the final EA is projected <br />no later than 07/23/21. EPA accepted a revised completion date of 08/27/23. <br />• The project is planned for funding with Clean Water State Revolving Funds <br />(CWSRF) monies. <br />10 <br /> <br />
