There was a traffic impact analysis report that was <br /> submitted as part of the application that addressed traffic performance in the area, as well as <br /> proposed mitigation based on traffic performance. <br /> VAN PERNIS: Did you check that traffic report? <br /> KAY: It was accepted as part of the application. We have not received any final comments <br /> from Department of Transportation or the Department of Public Works. <br /> VAN PERNIS: But you've received some letters, correct? <br /> KAY: Yes, we've got a comment letter from the Department of Public Works relative to the <br /> TIAR. <br /> VAN PERNIS: And some letters from residents of the area? <br /> KAY: I, we have not seen any letters that I'm aware of around traffic issues, or around anything <br /> actually; we haven't received any written comments. <br /> VAN PERNIS: I thought you just handed some. <br /> KAY: Okay, I'm sorry, to this point—no, I'm sorry, the stuff that came out to you today was for <br /> a different agenda item.
