Employers are seeking not only the technical skills to do the job, but qualities like"excellent <br /> communication skills", "ability to multi-task","team player"and "strong listening skills" as well.The need for soft <br /> skill training was also identified when the Research and Statistics Office conducted a survey of approximately 225 <br /> employers in in-demand industries: Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality an Information Technology.
