These two applications were very contentious. We had a lot of public <br /> testimony, a lot of public opposition in letters and in verbal testimony. I would highly <br /> recommend that the Commission postpone this until a time where the public can actually be a <br /> part of the process. In this particular avenue that we have right now, it's extremely limited. The <br /> public testimony that we have received up to this time which can only be submitted written, they, <br /> the public does not know of this request for a [re]consideration as well as this motion to even <br /> consider, reconsidering approving the permit. So,what I would highly recommend is if you vote <br /> EXHIBIT D <br /> 6 <br />
