Katherine Garson <br />from Carlsmith Ball for the applicant Hilton Grand Vacations Management, LLC. Also <br />present is Rob Gunther, the area Vice President of Resort Operations for Hilton Grand <br />Vacations in Hawaii. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Are there any changes to the report that was filed? <br />Garson: No. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Can you briefly describe the business, please? <br />Garson: Sure, all three are basically cafes that serve late lunches and dinners. <br />Onizuka: Thank you. Mr. Director, any report of protests? <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, this is a sale and transfer. There were no notices mailed, <br />however, publication was made of the sale and transfers. There were no protests to the <br />applications. <br />Onizuka: Thank you.
