So that's ready for decision, discussion and I don't <br />know if that's to be in executive session or not. I defer to counsel. <br />Mr. Mural: Chair Robinson? <br />Mr. Robinson: Yes. <br />Mr. Murai: This is a special Deputy Corporation Counsel Gary Murai. <br />Mr. Robinson: Correct. <br />Mr. Murai: Just want to note my presence. And Board Member Wiseman is <br />correct. When we left off on February 28th, which seems like <br />forever ago. We concluded the hearing of course. Mr. Chair, you <br />had a conflict. Board Member Wiseman acted as Chair for that <br />meeting. My recollection is that everything was for that matter <br />was held in ... I believe it was open session ... so what we're going <br />to do figuratively is you know Judge Wiseman will be the Chair. <br />Mr. Robinson: Right. <br />Mr. Murai: <br />Mr. Yoshimoto and I will figuratively change seats and acting <br />Chair Wiseman will liberation and the decision making on the <br />matter. I do note that the record was closed at the February 281h <br />hearing, so there's no other evidence or argument to be heard. The <br />only thing left is for the Board to consider a record and render it's <br />decision. <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />Correct, so I'll step out of the way. You know, the Board has the option of <br />deliberating in a closed session. <br />Mr. Wiseman: <br />Yes and I would entertain a motion to deliberate this decision in <br />closed session. <br />Mr. Murai: <br />Now this question is for the Board's secretary.
