County recommended that the current assessment <br />without the Affordable Rental Housing Tax Classification be sustained for the 2020 tax year. County presented their case and recommended sustaining the current <br />2020 assessment and home exemption of $120,000 without the Homeowner's Tax Rate for the first half; <br />however grant the home exemption of $120,00 with the Homeowner's Tax Rate for the second half, due <br />to the property no longer being utilized for short-term rental as of March 2020. A call for questions was <br />made. <br />Mr. Harano moved to sustain the county's recommendation of disallowing the Homeowner's Tax <br />Rate for the first half and allowing it for the second half of the year. Seconded by Ms. Reinhard. A <br />call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0. <br />CASE #39557 — GANEKO, LIONEL SEIJI <br />TM K 4-6-009-015-0000 <br />Appellant was not present.
