The existing new <br /> 1 church building and surrounding landscape were improved in the first phase of <br /> construction completed in 2015. The first phase of construction also included the <br /> concrete foundation footings and gravel fill for the proposed parish hall. <br /> The second phase of construction on the parish hall will start with the concrete slab <br /> on the existing foundation then transitioning to the vertical building. <br /> The Final Plan was updated and approved by the Hawaii County Planning Department <br /> 1' <br /> on October 08, 2019. <br /> I4. The project shall connect to the County's sewer line fronting the property along Alii <br /> I Drive prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> Applicant Response: Sewer connection has been finalized and approved as part of <br /> the initial phase of construction completed in 2015, which included service to the <br /> proposed parish hall.
