Kailua Village Special District: The property is located within the Kailua Village <br /> Special District. <br /> 9. Special Management Area: The property is located in the County's Special <br /> Management Area(SMA). The SMA is a part of the Coastal Zone Management Program <br /> regulated by the County. The property is approximately 150 feet from the nearest <br /> coastline. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT SITE AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> 10. Project Site: The project site is approximately 3.19 acres in size and is roughly <br /> rectangular in shape. The property has been used for religious activities since the mid <br /> 1800's. The earthquake that occurred on October 15, 2006 damaged the church and the <br /> rectory. Currently,there are several structures located on the property and church <br /> services are being conducted in the newly constructed church building. <br /> 11.
